General Policy

All products are in stock unless otherwise noted. We generally process and ship orders in the order that we receive them with priority given to commericial license holders. Most of our popular items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Large quantity orders or specialized items (such as BGA sockets) may have longer lead-times. We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse on the west coast.

The webcart automatically redirects to PayPal for checkout, however we also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express over the phone. So if your organization prefers that, just contact us and we can process your payment 10AM to 8PM PST. We also can accept company checks from qualified corporations or universities.

Shipping rates vary depending on the parcel weight, destination and method.

These times does not include the lead-time or order processing which may delay shipment. Multiple orders are often combined into a single package and we will automatically send you a refund for any shipping fees collected the excede the actual amount.

Order Cancellation Policy

Any order that has not been shipped (including pre-orders), can be cancelled at your request. Use the contact us form and include your name, order date, and postal code in order to expedite your request.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final, unless an exception is made on a case by case basis. You are responsible for knowing which products you need, their capabilities, and your requirements of them. With that said, we try and accommodate customers at our discretion. For example, if you purchased the wrong socket adapter, we are generally happy to arrange an exchange for the correct socket.

Warranty Policy

All products manufactured by Embedded Computers LLC receive a 1-year full replacement warranty. If your device no longer functions properly, contact us and request a RMA.
